Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms and dried chestnuts in water for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the diced pork belly, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and five-spice powder. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Drain the glutinous rice and mix it with the marinated pork belly.
Drain the shiitake mushrooms and chestnuts, and cut them into small pieces.
Place a bamboo or reed leaf on a flat surface with the narrow end facing you.
Put 2 tablespoons of the glutinous rice mixture on the leaf, then add some shiitake mushrooms and chestnuts on top.
